TWO DAYS OF NON-STOP BANDS, DJS, DIGITAL ART AND BREAKING MUSIC...
Renowned for being eclectic, forward thinking and truly inspirational, TDK Cross Central returns with more gumption and guts than any other event in the music calendar. Over the last two years TDK Cross Central has earned an unbeatable reputation for breaking new bands and playing host to an abundance of musical legends. It?s the only event with a ridiculously-acute knowledge of the DJs and bands making waves right now; and this year will be no different. The event offers more than just big names and big tents; it offers quality from tomorrow?s talent and yesterday?s heroes. Another two days of cutting edge artists and underground club legends await you in the heart of London.
TDK continues to produce line-ups that inspire a new generation of music lovers while also exciting current devotees of electronic and guitar-led music. With King?s Cross subject to a massive cultural redevelopment right-now the event is more poignant than ever before and the backdrop of urban regeneration never more fitting than now.
The line up for 2006 has pedigree and class and is truly reflective of the UK underground; the most exciting music scene in the world. From indie to grime to dubstep to electronic to minimal to Hip- Hop to Breaks to Drum 'n' Bass to Deep House to Disco and everything imaginable in between, this is a truly exciting event that has London?s trend setters and opinion formers salivating in anticipation.
Stages and guest promoters this year have reached a whole new level of excellence. The untouchable secretsundaze return for their third year with their legendary crew, for the definitive Sunday club experience. Nomadic electronic pioneers MULLETOVER will be bringing their unique style and crowd whilst Camden institution THE LOCK TAVERN move in with their burgeoning night ADVENTURES IN THE BEETROOT FIELD
Our much-loved media partner XFM, will once again host their own Live Stage in Canvas One for both days, whilst new confirmations include hip and happening coffee table style bible VICE MAGAZINE & XBOX who will be bringing their LOST & SOUND experience to the site and programming their own room for the very first time. NEED2SOUL, purveyors of the soulful house scene, join the hubbub of activity whilst The Key?s number one night; DDD bring the best in underground, dirty house. Finally, Gucci Soundystsem's night DRUZZIS are set to make their debut with their unadulterated mish-mash of electro-trash and basement beats.
Be at the front, be at TDK Cross Central?
